We Accept Visa / Master Card / Personal Check (U.S. only) / cash.
Our checkout time is 11:00 am. Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Pets are accepted - excluding #17 & #22 (see pet policy).
We do not provide maid service, however we would be happy to provide you with extra towels and blankets or help you with any other needs. Please feel free to ask.
Dishes and utensils are to be washed before you leave. There is a $20.00 service charge for unwashed dishes. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for excessively dirty rooms.

All cabins and entire premises non-smoking. Cigarette urns are located at base of stairs. Please use them.
There is no cell phone service in Oceanside. Two miles south in Netarts you can get reception.
Reservation and Cancellation Policy
We will begin taking reservations for 2011 on Nov. 1, 2010.
- Two night minimum on weekends and holidays.
- $10.00 reservation fee (per night booked): Non-refundable, non-transferable, applied to your stay upon arrival.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours: Full nights lodging, plus tax, will be charged.
- Blocks of three or more cabins: 14 day cancellation notice and deposit of one nights lodging per room at time of reservation.
- No cancellation, No show: Full reservation charge.
We regret having to implement these policy changes.
In our opinion it is the best way to protect everyone from those who reserve a cabin even if they are not sure they will be able to stay at the time they have selected. As the cabins become more popular, this has become a big problem for us, and for our guests.
